We know that if your pet is sick, the rest of life immediately gets put on hold. If there is a need for your pet to be seen urgently, please contact us right away so we can triage the situation and determine whether we’re able to see your pet in a reasonable timeframe. While we cannot guarantee we’ll be able to see you immediately, we do our best to accommodate urgent pet care needs.
Depending on what’s ailing your pet, our diagnostic and urgent care services include:
Dermatology and allergy testing
Treatment of heartworm and/or flea & tick-related problems
Ophthalmology services
Urinalysis & fecal testing
Digital radiology
Blood testing, microscopy & cytology
Specialist ultrasound, echocardiogram or endoscopy on demand
In caring for a sick pet, we follow an evidence-based approach to fully understand what is causing problems for your pet and to determine the best course of treatment. We know pet illnesses can cause significant stress and anxiety for pet owners and are committed to keeping our clients fully informed on every aspect of findings and treatment. We’ll work together to bring your pet back to good health.
If your pet is in respiratory distress or having cluster seizures, we recommend immediately contacting an emergency veterinary clinic that offers 24-hour monitoring capability.
